Paper-based Adhesive Labels
Paper-based adhesive labels can be used in most occasions. The advantages are low price, writable, easy to print, and biodegradable. The disadvantages are that they are not waterproof and moisture-proof.
● Coated Paper Adhesive Labels: Good printing effect, widely used in various labels, such as commodity labels and price labels.
● Woodfree Paper Adhesive Labels: The surface is rough and easy to write on. It is suitable for handwritten labels, barcode labels, etc.
● Cast Coated Paper Adhesive Labels: The surface is smooth and has high gloss, suitable for high-grade commodity labels, cosmetic labels, etc.

PET-based Adhesive Labels
PET-based adhesive labels are mostly used in nameplates and signs of electronic and electrical products. The advantages are good environmental performance, waterproof and moisture-proof, and wide temperature range.
● White PET Adhesive Labels: The surface is smooth and wear-resistant. It is suitable for electronic product labels, mechanical equipment labels, etc.
● Matte Silver PET Adhesive Labels: The surface is matte and has a metallic texture. It is suitable for high-grade product labels and gift labels.
● Glossy Silver PET Adhesive Labels: The surface is shiny and has a metallic texture. It is suitable for high-grade product labels and gift labels.

PE-based Adhesive Labels
The advantages of PE-based adhesive labels are that the material is soft, can be smoothly attached to various curved surfaces, biodegradable, and has good environmental performance.
● White PE Adhesive Labels: The material is soft and easy to attach to curved surfaces. It is suitable for packaging bag labels, plastic bottle labels, etc.

PVC-based Adhesive Labels
The advantages of PVC-based adhesive labels are good outdoor resistance, low price, and stable performance.
● Matte White PVC Adhesive Labels: The surface is matte and the texture is delicate, suitable for various labels.
● Transparent PVC Adhesive Labels: High transparency, the product content can be seen through the label, suitable for transparent packaging labels, glass bottle labels, etc.
● Yellow PVC Adhesive Labels: The color is bright and easy to identify, suitable for warning labels, identification labels, etc.
● Black PVC Adhesive Labels: The color is deep and has a high-grade sense, suitable for electronic product labels and gift labels.
PI-based Adhesive Labels
PI-based adhesive labels are high temperature resistant and are mostly used for the identification of circuit boards and electronic components.
● Thick Backing Paper: Thick backing paper is generally used for film-based label materials and comes in different colors, usually yellow or white. Thick backing paper can provide excellent support for various film-based materials.
● Glassine Backing Paper: Glassine backing paper is a translucent backing paper, generally available in white or blue. The translucent nature of glassine backing paper makes it suitable for computer printing, automatic packaging, and other applications that require photoelectric recognition.
● Sealed Backing Paper: Sealed backing paper is a thick backing paper with an additional layer of thin film laminated on the back. This makes the backing paper less susceptible to moisture and curling, keeping the material flat for easy printing and post-processing.
● Thermal Paper Adhesive Labels: These labels can be printed using direct thermal printers, eliminating the need for consumables such as ribbons or toner.
● Freezer Adhesive Labels: These labels can withstand freezing environments below -18°C.
● PI Labels: PI labels can withstand high temperatures above 250°C.
● Wire Adhesive Labels: These labels can be attached to wires and cables without easily falling off.
● Tire Adhesive Labels: These labels can be attached to tire surfaces and are not easy to fall off.
The production process of adhesive products includes printing, surface treatment, die-cutting, waste removal, and other steps.
● Printing: Offset printing, flexographic printing, screen printing, digital printing, and other processes are used, with CMYK four-color or spot color printing.
● Surface Treatment: Can be divided into lamination, varnishing, hot stamping, partial UV and other processes.
● Lamination is the process of laminating a layer of transparent, matte, or other laser patterns on the surface of the product. It can improve the waterproof and moisture-proof performance of the sticker and increase the brightness.
● Varnishing is the process of applying a layer of transparent or matte varnish to the surface of the product to achieve a high-gloss or matte gloss effect.
● Hot stamping is the process of stamping gold, silver, and other metallic luster patterns on specific areas of the product. There are two different processes: cold stamping and hot stamping.
● Partial UV is the process of printing UV varnish or matte oil on the characteristic areas of the product, so that specific areas appear high-gloss or matte gloss effect.
● Die-cutting: The sticker is punched according to the designed graphics, so that the sticker becomes a specific shape.
● Waste Removal: Remove the other useless parts other than the sticker, expose the backing paper, and facilitate the user to remove the sticker from the backing paper.
